Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders are shipped using the carrier and service selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order, including any applicable import fees, customs duties, taxes, or brokerage charges required by the destination country.
International shipments may be subject to customs processing and additional charges imposed by local authorities. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement product will be provided at no additional cost. Replacement shipments will only be issued after the carrier has completed an investigation and officially confirmed that the package has been lost.
